Good class tonight at www.essexfightingarts.co.uk and thanks Ken and Will for braving the shite weather to train. Was Will's first time running through Mo Teague pad drills and as you all know, it's challenging. Remembering technique, using power, challenging your fitness and being wacked around the head and body certainly wakes up your senses. :-D But being put under constant pressure gets your spider senses tingling and reaction time improves tenfold. Went on from that to some Jab, Cross, Hook work with transitional guntings, inside guntings, hammer fists to biceps and face and elbow destructs destroying the knuckles or de-fanging the snake. Hope you enjoyed the class, see you all next week. Ouss...

Welcome to the Essex Fighting Arts Blog. I always try to give an overview for each class with a re-cap of what was taught, terminology & ethos behind the techniques used. As well as any introductions, announcements or fun things that happened during the session. Enjoy! 😉
