Good to be back and teaching at www.essexfightingarts.weebly.com and welcome back to you all, good turn out but just need the others back to make a full house. :-) Good to move through the Dikit series of techniques, take downs and arm bars. This series is great as with most panantukan as if one technique doesn't come off then you have other options. Then decided to move into the Gaja series with more punishing locks, but again you really need to damage the person first for these to stand a chance or working. But again, we have many tricks up our sleeves and combat is fluid so if something doesn't work then we should adapt and keep moving forward. Have a great weekend and see you all next week, Ouss...

Welcome to the Essex Fighting Arts Blog. I always try to give an overview for each class with a re-cap of what was taught, terminology & ethos behind the techniques used. As well as any introductions, announcements or fun things that happened during the session. Enjoy! 😉
